I had a lovely experience at the resort with beautiful buildings and well-maintained grounds, reminiscent of Niagara on the Lake. The staff made my stay special, even going above and beyond during a 100th birthday celebration. However, I did encounter some issues with cleanliness in the dining area and dated rooms that could use some attention. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there are areas for improvement.

Overall, my experience at The Briars Resort was mixed. On one hand, the staff, especially Dave and Beca, provided excellent service that really enhanced our stay. However, I found the accommodations lacking, especially for the price. The atmosphere was noisy at times, and some facilities felt outdated, which detracted from the overall experience.
